I found this dress at J. Majors in Charlotte NC. I loved the button look on the back, it has a zipper. The dress is light and very comfortable with an extra elastic band around the waist to keep it in place. It was worn for a wedding in Charleston, SC. It was perfect for the outdoor wedding on the beach.
